About Trevor Griffiths

Trevor Griffiths was born in Manchester in 1935, of Irish and Welsh descent. He worked as a teacher, a liberal studies lecturer and a further education officer for the BBC before becoming a full time writer in 1970.

He has been writing for the theatre, television and cinema since the late 60s. His work has been seen throughout the world and he has won numerous awards. Coming soon to the Finborough

Opening on Sunday April 29th, a double bill comprising a stage adaptation of Trevor Griffiths’ 1974 television play All Good Men, plus his one-act two-hander Thermidor.  These plays, directed by Rania Jumaily, will have a short run at the Finborough Theatre in London in April-May 2012.  Full details and to book: www.finboroughtheatre.co.uk.
